We are aware that players were experiencing technical difficulties which have resulted in not being able to log in, take a seat at the tables/tournaments or access the PokerStars cashier.
This issue is being reviewed by the department in charge, making every attempt to resolve it as soon as possible.
If you believe you were significantly affected in one of our tournaments, please e-mail us with the subject line:
"REFUND: T# xxxxxx, $a+b buy-in, USERID"
where "xxxxxx" is the Tournament ID, "a+b" is the buy-in of the tournament (for example, $20+2), and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.
Please be sure to replace "xxxxxx" and "a+b" with the actual tournament number and buy-in for fastest service (though all refunds may take 48-72 hours to be issued).
